We are approximately a 40-minute drive (20km) from the airport.

Can you arrange airport transportation?

Yes, our stays include one round-trip airport transportation per group reservation. Addionational airport transportation services can be coordinated with our conicerge.

How many people can the villa accommodate?

Standard Occupancy: 12 guests

Maximum Occupancy: 20 guests

What is the policy for extra guests?

Additional guests beyond the standard occupancy will incur a charge of $100 USD per person per night, plus taxes.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: 3 PM

Check-out: 11 AM

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

Yes, there is a minimum stay requirement of 3-5 nights depending on the season

Is the villa family-friendly?

Yes, Villa Tiburón is perfect for families. We provide amenities such as cribs, high chairs, and children’s beach toys upon request.

Are pets allowed?

Pets must be pre-approved, and an additional pet deposit may be required. Failure to comply may result in eviction.

Is housekeeping included?

Yes, daily housekeeping is included in your stay from 9am-5pm.

Are there laundry facilities available?

Yes, the villa has a fully equipped laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Is there a private chef service available?

Yes, private chef services are included in all our stays for 3 meals a day.

Is there a grocery store nearby?

The closest grocery store is located 30 minutes away in Puerto Morelos - Cheadrui. Our concierge will coordinate your grocery purchase before your arrival for all you meals. Additional purchases can be made daily upon request directly to our concierge.

Does the villa have WiFi?

Yes, the villa is equipped with high-speed WiFi throughout, powered by Starlink.

Is there air conditioning in the villa?

Yes, all rooms in the villa are air-conditioned.

Do you provide beach towels and accessories?

Yes, we provide beach towels, umbrellas, and lounge chairs for your convenience.

Do you provide toiletries?

Yes, we provide premium toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is secure, on-site parking available for three vehicles.

Is the villa wheelchair accessible?

Unfortunately, the villa is not wheelchair accessible due to multiple levels and stairs.

Are there safety features in the villa?

Yes, the villa is equipped with smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.

Is smoking allowed in the villa?

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Guests may smoke in designated outdoor areas.

What activities are available nearby?

Guests can enjoy a variety of activities including snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing, and visiting nearby eco-parks.

Events and parties can be hosted at the villa with prior approval. Additional fees and conditions may apply. Please contact us for more details.

Are there any additional fees or taxes?

The rental fee includes all taxes and cleaning fees. Additional services will incur extra charges.

What is the cancellation policy?

Guests can cancel up to 60 days before check-in for a full refund minus any transaction fees incurred. Cancellations made 30-60 days prior to the arrival date: 50% refund of the total booking amount. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date: No refund will be issued.
